    How many push-ups do you do in a day?

    How many do you do a day? I was wondering how much you do a day.

    i do like 50 or more a day jus to keep my self busy when im bored lol

        i do them in sets cause i havent been doing them in awhile..

        so 1st i start with 30 then take a break then i go to 40 and so on to 50.. the most i have ever done was 61 in one shot wooo ma arms was killin me... then i jus call it a day lol or jus wait a lil longer so i could do more

          i'l usualy 30 at wrestling practices cause right now my chest work out is done through bench,incline dumbell press and incline dumbell flies

            I have done like 115 in one go.. i think thats my goal everytime i try them, but that was when i was doing them everyday during school holidays and all that.

            Probably now? About 60 if i tried. Without stopping. Then if you times that by 3 which would be the number of sets i do in one day = 180.

              Thats pretty much the same for me.

              When i first started working out all i could do was 10.
              I did that twice a day, eventually it became 50/60.

              Then i was up to 100, but didnt carry on. Its strange that i did 120 a few times but i was sick at the time.

              Now im doing weights and cant be ****ed doing pushups. But i should try.
