          A proper diet and an exercise is a must to lose your unwanted fats on your belly. If you can't do it on your own because you have a hard time to do this, seek a personal trainer and let them do the right thing for your problem. Also, you can seek them an advice on some other parts to improve and focus on it.

              Sprints, long jogs

              Road work! More and more roadwork but most importantly the diet. The diet is usually always the culprit
