I had to start it later than I wanted because I got into a car accident a couple weeks ago but I finally got around to it.

Day 1 was yesterday my starting weight was 165, I didnt get picture yet hopefully soon I will.

The chest and back was a good workout, definitely not easy. Sucks though I dont have a pull up bar for my house so I had to use the resistance bands so I didnt get as good a workout as Id like, still effective though. At the end of the chest and back I was already spent then I had to do the ab ripper. Definitely feeling it this morning haha.

I finished Day 2 plyo today also, plyo is a great workout I have actually done this video before and I like it a lot, really intense.

Im gonna try and update this as much as I can just for my own sake really but if anyone wants to join in on the discussion go right ahead.

I plan on seeing it through to the end.

The only thing that will **** up the results is that I'm sure there are gonna be a lot of nights and weekends this summer I'm drinking or going down the shore and eating bad. I need to watch myself with that, I think I can manage the drinking I just cant binge eat ****ty foods.

Anyway finished day 3 today shoulders, bis, tris. I like the way they cycle the different exercises and sets, seems to be effective. Only problem is I only have 15 lb - 25 lb dumbbells. For the most part it works but some exercises its not heavy enough.

I was thinking of trying 1 of these workouts just to c if they can get me the results I want I usually run/jog/Sprint for 20-30 min then go to the gym for weight training and it takes about 1 1/2hr to complete my workout that's 6 days a week but those videos are 45 min aren't they that'll cut the time down so I can spend more with my fam

You shouldn't really lift weights longer then 45-60 minutes. Also 6 days a week of lifting weights is too much for your body.

Good luck bro.... If your weights arent heavy enough do them til they burn every set...even if its 20 reps... Dont stop til it burns... Every set.

                Ohhh okay I understand.

In that case something like p90x or insanity would be perfect for you. Pop it in at your house get a good workout in in about an hour.

I did my sprint routine and some boxing yesterday instead of the yoga. About to start legs and back, should be rough I'm still pretty sore from the plyo x haha
