It's horribly repetitive, but it does help a great deal and it's a good break from the other days, but it's far from easy as well..lol

Just wanted to chime in here and mention that I have also started the p90x the other day. I was fine thru the first days workout but that plyometric workout on the second day completely WRECKED my body. lol. In a good way I guess. So, I'm recovering right now, but can't wait to get back at it again. For the first time since I was in my teens (32 now), I'm dead set on getting back into some sort of shape. I think this is going to be the best route I can take...

Lol plyo did me in pretty bad, then yesterday there was legs and back which has me pretty sore today.

Legs are the most stubborn body part if u even skip one week doing them then do squats or other leg workouts they will be crazy sore for the next 2-3 days.

not sure how good this p90 is but i've lost like 15 pounds by just doing regular home exercises and heavy bag work/skipping at home for like 2 months

                good diet too of course

I like the chest and back workout a lot. I still dont have a pull up bar and I'm just using bands though so I dont hit my backs as good as I would like.

But 8 days down 82 to go

                    Plyo yesterday (killer)

And tris, bis, shoulders today... good workout.

My diet has been pretty much the same as before pretty much a 50-40-10 diet
