As far as I know, there aren't any real "natural" testosterone boosting supplements. However, as far as recovery, pre-workout, and during workout supplements or drinks, one of my favorites is accelerade. Granted, it's not quite as wonderful and tasty as gatorade or some other drinks, and it has a texture similar to smooth peanut butter, but is great for when you're pounding your body. Protein shakes are also wonderful of course. And the cheapest, probably lesser known alternative is chocolate milk. Believe it or not, it's one of the best recovery drinks in terms of getting back protein, carbs, and vitamins and minerals you lose during your workout.
Other than that, almost everything you find in GNC or other such places is going to have some sort of synthetically occuring ingredients or effects. So if you're looking for purely natural, try the above recommendations, but also remember, synthetic, to a point, isn't always bad either.
