            Your confusing two different things. Increasing testosterone and weakening because you bust a nut are different.

            You are advised not to have sex before a fight because it does weaken you the same way lifting weights before a fight would as well. Yet lifting weights increases testosterone in the long run.

            If you have sex a lot or ********** even, that action INCREASES testosterone in the male body because you are making your body accustomed to making more and more semen, erections and so on.

                    There's been research lately into possibilities that the "muscle pump" that you get when doing moderate load- high rep resistance training also has testosterone boosting effects. That's about as natural as you can get right there.

                      What about any natural ingredient supplements that increase supplements, or anything else natural you guys recommend taking to increase energy levels/motivation. Done a hard hard work out, after being out for 4 months, 8 - 3 min rounds, and today in work put my back out, so I'm dosed on painkillers, clearly was too hard for time being out lol.
