I seen Alex Ariza using it with Manny and Amir, also seen Donaire using it. I think its good for improving cordination, especially with younger athletes, and also can help with foot speed and transfering your weight.

Do you rate it as an exercise?

Do you use it in your training?

I get shin splints but i want to start using a speed ladder in my training. What would be anyone on this forum adivice for that?

Shall i go ahead and use the speed ladder or is it a risk not worth taking in case it brings the shin splints back?

How much of a affect does it have on your shins?
