  • Have I Ever Given Bad Advice in Here?

Regardless of how little some say that I did in the ring I ask if I have ever given bad advice in here.

I'll put it to a poll: Have I ever given bad advice in the training/fitness section? yea or nea...........Rockin'

Not at all. Usually when you trump my 9 year knowledge I agree. Or if you add more to what I say I agree. You're good people. No clue why you made a senseless thread.

Not that I have seen I just wish you'd ignore trolls more - though I guess that is slightly off subject. You're one of the best on here IMO & always give sensible advice mainly to cu/nts undeserving of it.

Nope. Not from what I've seen. I've seen you bite the troll bait a few times though. <__<...lol.

I'm not going to vote, but if I did I would want "Not sure" to be my answer. Establishing credibility on a forum like this is somewhat difficult, and it's pretty easy for people on either side of a debate to say something that sounds reasonable, even if it's incorrect. There's not an easy way to prove or disprove any statement made here, for example by a quick demonstration or by pointing to a series of students who have had success by following your advice.

Rockin', I do like your posts and fight your comments to be useful data points. Keep 'em coming, but don't get too bent out of shape if your advice is met with some degree of skepticism. That's just the nature of an online forum.

Everything I have read that you posted as far as advice goes(or anything for that matter to be honest) has been helpful constructive criticism. Boxing though is one of those things though that not everything is a fit for everybody, a good trainer brings out how you box he doesn't teach you 'boxing', so listen to it all and take in what works for you and just tuck the rest away. Anyone who's first instinct on training is to run to an internet forum for advice probably isn't going to be putting in the blood and sweat in the gym to find out what works for them anyway.

**** the haters bro, you don't have to prove **** to some nerd trolls who talk ****, just let it roll off your back. Just continue to offer whatever you can to people who are actually willing to listen, there is always that 1 percent of every group that are ****s.
