Back to exlosiveness... if you mean in general and not just punches... I've heard but can not confirm that High Intensity Intervals is the way to go. *just what a friend of mine believes, I haven't tried it myself* I personally feel thats more for stamina than explosiveness, but he makes a good argument. Yes you can easily lose 20 lbs in 12 weeks and for this you have to do cardio exercise regularly with balanced diet meals. Break your meals in 5/6 small meals and prefer raw food over processed food. Increase water intake, avoid beverages and drink green tea daily.
