        Back to exlosiveness... if you mean in general and not just punches... I've heard but can not confirm that High Intensity Intervals is the way to go. *just what a friend of mine believes, I haven't tried it myself* I personally feel thats more for stamina than explosiveness, but he makes a good argument. I'd lean towards plyometrics personally.

            WOW, That's cool and i am so pleased to be a part of this site. Guys I wants to be a boxer and it's my aim but I have no idea where from i start. I have also take a membership of boxing club hope there may be chance for me.

                    Dang... looking for something like that. I dropped 19 in 10 days, but it was in an unhealthy, temporary way. Gained my weight back after weigh in

                      Hi GAME2010,
                      Yes you can easily lose 20 lbs in 12 weeks and for this you have to do cardio exercise regularly with balanced diet meals. Break your meals in 5/6 small meals and prefer raw food over processed food. Increase water intake, avoid beverages and drink green tea daily.
