    Anyone take fat burners here??do they help?

    Just got some Endroburn and just wondering has anyone had any success with fatburners

    In terms of function, they are nearly worthless. If you are doing the cardio and diet to get lean, then a burner will be unnecessary. If you aren't putting in the work, then they won't make any difference either. The reason they sell so well is that people are drawn to the idea of getting lean without the work. However, if using a burner is part of a routine that encourages you to keep your mind on training and diet, then the psychological and behavioral benefit may be worth it. I'm like this, if I buy new gloves or a new supp, then I'm more excited about training and I get a benefit in that aspect.

      this is true,very true.but it seems like it gives me more energy to keep training i just cant stop

          Definitely, that's a positive. But, you can usually get energy stimulants pretty cheap, whereas the burners can be quite expensive. Whatever keeps you training brother, that's what matters.
