In terms of function, they are nearly worthless. If you are doing the cardio and diet to get lean, then a burner will be unnecessary. If you aren't putting in the work, then they won't make any difference either. The reason they sell so well is that people are drawn to the idea of getting lean without the work. However, if using a burner is part of a routine that encourages you to keep your mind on training and diet, then the psychological and behavioral benefit may be worth it. I'm like this, if I buy new gloves or a new supp, then I'm more excited about training and I get a benefit in that aspect.Last edited by Redd Foxx; 04-03-2012, 11:40 PM.
