    Wrists

I think you probably get so many questions here about wrist problems but here goes anyways.

I went to the gym on the first time just there monday and i loved it.
I woke up with a tingle/pain in my right wrist nothing painful though.
Does anyone know if theres quicker ways to get rid of this?
If not whats the average time for it to go away and be fully healed?

I was planning on sticking to left punches (jab) and just go jogging on the wednesday friday and some weights then go back monday to the gym?

Are you sure that you're wrapping your hands right and using decent gloves?

You're going to have different kinds of soreness all over when you initially start boxing... Ice immediately after, and after a few hours heat up the area and stretch it..

You can wrap it and use better gloves, but the impact is still going to effect your joints... eventually your body will adapt to it, but at first you're gonna be sore as hell.

throw your punches properly while keeping that wrist locked in position and you won't have the problem for long........Rockin'
