Well I'm gonna start my diet Monday morning, right now I'm gonna look up low-carb, high protein foods to get some ideas. I'm doing it the right way this time around and not just starve and drain myself to make 130 anymore!
I think at 5'8 (145-150lbs) I should be able to at least rock a 4-pack. It'll be hard to get there but I'm going in!
