How long before I see results?

I've been out of the boxing gym for over a year now and gained about 30lbs of nasty fat. My upper body still looks good but from the chest down I'm a mess!

My fighting weight has always been 130-135 and my height is 5'8. I'm nowhere near that weight and I'll probably have to kill myself to get back down. I have been working out since last week, here's my routine:

    -30 minutes on the treadmill
-3 rounds of shadow boxing holding 3lbs weights
-3 sets of 10 jumping jacks holding 3lbs weights
-3 sets of 10 squats holding 3lbs weights
-3 sets of 10 mountain climbers
-3 sets of 20 sit ups (standard & side to side)
-3 sets of 10 push ups
    -3 rounds of jump rope
-3 rounds on the punching bag.
-3 sets of random light weight lifting reps. (20lbs)

Also, I'm taking BCAA 3750 (amino acids) for the first time, 3 pills before workouts and 3 right after. My workouts are Mon-Fri. Weekends I only do 1hr on the treadmill.

At this pace, how long before I see results?

It might not be your workout routine that's the issue bro, it might be your diet and eating habits.

True, I do eat pastries every now and then, I haven't really started dieting yet but I'm gonna look into it. Before this lapse I was a freakin gym rat and it disgusts me how I let myself go. Do you think my workouts are ok for now? I will pick it up a notch as soon as I feel my condition allow it, I gotta get my 6 pack or close to it by May!

Is your diet on par with this idea of losing weight? So many people fall short because they have no idea what a diet is or what health food is. Some THINK they do, but come to find out they have no idea what they are talking about.

The diet is obviously what is killing you. You will maintain your weight with that routine but you will not lose weight.

I would suggest going on a low carb - high protein diet. If you follow it strictly you will get that weight off of you.

Well that must be the problem, this is really the first time I've ever been this big. My walking around weight was 140-145 and still have a 6 pack, I'm now walking around at 170. I just got a loft literately in front of the beach and I'll be damned if I'm gonna be walking around the beach looking like a lard ass. Can u give me some examples of low carb high protein meals?

For meals it would basically be anything high in protein and low in carbs (obviously). Like grilled chicken, fish, or steak and just stay away from the foods with a lot of carbs like pasta, bread, rice, etc.

If you were to do it you would aim to eat at least 1gm of protein per body weight and no less than 100 grams of Carbs and no more than 140. If you were to follow this diet research it and know what you are doing ahead of time, I'll be the first to tell you I don't know everything and everyone should do something that works for them. The aim of this would be to follow this diet until you reach your desired weight, then eat normally but also as healthy as possible and keep working out to maintain the weight.

Edited: Sorry there were many errors in it I didnt recognize at first

If your dropping the weight to fight <145 again then your doing all you realy can, just focus on your diet.

However If your cutting fat to look good on the beach then you should add a lot more resistance training (heavier weights, calisetics etc). It will burn off that fat quicker.

I don't think I'll return to the boxing gym to compete anymore, I dont really have the time, I guess 147-150 is my new goal, I just hit the scale and I'm at 163.4 maybe I can get close to getting a 4 pack at least by June. My body right now kinda looks like Morales' body in the Maidana fight, good on the upper region but soft on the waist and abs.
