Hell yeah lol thats too much unless your training for a marathon or fight .

3 miles every other day is more than enough to still be in beast form .
Overdue yourself and all types of leg problems will occur within time

Make sure you wear proper shoes with soles and knee supports bro

At the moment I'm running 34 miles a week and think that it compliments boxing training perfectly. Last year I was averaging 50 miles a week but started to find that my times were dropping, due to the fact that I was probably exhausting myself. 24 miles is spot on.

Marathon training towards a half decent time would require at least 50 miles a week......and many would run a fair bit more than that. The elites would think nothing of 70-100 miles weekly.

Admittedly my schedule is split between speed work/intervals, a longer run and weekly time trials (I do complete in running races locally). But running 4 miles each morning is in no way too much for your weight (incidentally I weigh the same 150Lbs).

How quick do you do the 4 miles every day? Naturally if this were flat out I'd advise an easier pace to avoid injury.

not to fast usually 40-30 minutes depends on energy level

In that case you have no worries. I doubt you'll pick up any injuries unless you fail to warm up sufficiently......or unless your running form is bad.

I'm sure it'll really help your boxing training. Try not to get stale, running the same routes/same pace/same time of day etc can get boring 6 days a week. ****e it up with speed reps, hill reps, intervals etc.

I'd do it on the right surface--grass, sand, track, etc.
