      u only been there 3 times and they are trying make u spar?

      seems like they want a walking punching bag.

      learn the basics then enter the lions den, at least u have the tools to defend yourself.


      boxing is a dirty business, be smart and dont be gullible.

      how is your cardio? can u even go 3 rounds?

              5'8? thats a nice height, are u taller than the other girls in the gym?

              do a lot of squats, dead lifts, crabwalks, pushups etc..

              get ya muscle up

                thanks for advice. yea i think im like 1 inch taller than the other girl. 2 other girls came in there the other day but they didnt seem serious. so dont think they will stick it out. yea i deff need to get my strength up i am looking for a good overall workout for strength and cardio.

                  eat clean and a lot.

                  boiled eggs, sweet potato, chicken/fish/lean meats, spinach, almonds/nuts, extra ****** coconut oil, lunch meat (turkey, roast beef), gallon of water everyday, broccoli/calliflower

                  etc..
