If any of you are shedding some weight and want a good high protein snack you can carry around in your gym bag etc it's a decent alternative to a protein bar (which i personally can't stand). Its real meat and packs in high protein and low everything else. You could split the bag into 2 snacks, each only 120 kcal but packing in 23G protein and filling you up more then a protein shake

I found them a few weeks back. I'm sitting around 14/15% body fat so I'm not too worried about losing weight, but they are a damn tasty snack to boot
cheers for the tip off man!

If I'm at home I usually have a small tin of tuna. Contains about 30g of protein and no carbs. If you have the tuna in brine it also has only 0.5g of fat but I prefer the flavour of the tuna in sunflower oil which has about 8g of fat. Will cost you around £1 a tin but cheaper if you buy in multi packs. That's john west tuna. You can can the cheaper no name brand, has the same amount of protein but doesnt always taste as good.

To be honest it doesn't matter what you eat after a work out as long as it's high in protein and carbs.

If you eat within 30 minutes of your workout your body will take all the goodness from what you eat and get rid of all the crap.
