Protein Bars/Cakes

Haha my mum makes me some real good ones, honey, granola, peanut butter (some weird type), raisins.
Its a hugh fernal whitanstall reciepe its like a breakfast bar but I use it as an energy bar.
If you want or cant find the recipe I'll get it for you if this is the sort thing you are thinking?

Anyway i pulled a recipe off the net and went out and got the stuff except i couldnt get Flakseed whatever da **** that is.....

flaxseed is steroids.

Well, I don't really know what it is but the media made a big deal about it when Barry Bonds supposedly took it.

When Bonds was popped for taking "The Clear" he said he thought what he was being given was Flaxseed Oil. lulz

It's just a fatty acid.

Flaxseed is in many different forms. If you want Flaxseed to bake with Vitamin Shoppe, Wegmans or Trader Joes usually sells Flaxseed

flax is your friend, bro! if you want to go for bigness its a terrific food to be using.

it really is highly touted stuff. i dont know a ton about it technically, but it's just good fat.

it's a bit pricey, but still within reason.

after ski season this year it's arnold season again (being 230-240 is murder on the knees in general, nevermind if you ski.)
