Haha well im not a peanut butter fan anyway....
My PHD arrived today tried the Pharma whey free sample, banana flavour very nice.
I was surprised how little water it suggested to mix it with.
Will keep you posted on the others going to the gym tomorrow evening.

Are u only taking protein on training days? Should really keep ur intake up all the time as it helps with replenishing muscle fibres and *****, its outwith the gym u do ur growing

Yeah but I don't really have milk in my diet it kinda disagree's with me I'm not lactose intolerant just meh....
I take a suplement drink straight after exercise and the morning after. Mainly due to cost and like I say I dont want too much bulk really.
I also eat a high protein diet balanced with carbs obviously.

Ive been impressed witht he PHD Recovery stuff, its easy to diggest and I train in the evenings and I have no problems with sleep. I also really like the taste, of the lemon one.
I have almost no ache the day after either.
The only slight downer is the sealable bag isnt the best container solution.
I suppose you have to conceed something in making a product cheaper....

All these supplements are **** imo. Your body burns them off far too quickly. Much better to get everything you need from your food.

Only time i really use supplements is when i just finished the gym and need a little 20 grams of protein in me to keep me going for an hour or 2 until i eat.

Supplements should be an aid not a main source of whatever it is you need.

Not talking boxing or general sports wise but for pure muscle building they are a MASSIVE help, its hard work getting all the required protein from food alone, the shakes are quick and easy, cost effective and not as filling as say a portion of chicken
