I do a variety of sports, cycling, running, swimming.
For the last six months I have been training in the gym more.
I'm 6ft3 and used to weigh 74kgs I now weight 79kgs.
I've got stronger and gained a little muscle mass, the rest is probably greater water retention in muscles.
I was using Maximuscle Cyclone. Since stopping from using it mainly due to funds over xmas I ache more post workout/ training.
Im reluctant to go back to it on the basis that its rather expensive.
CNP seems to be cheaper does anyone have experience of either or which products are similar between these brands?
Or can anyone suggest something to stop post work out muscle fatigues food wise?
