You need to get your gym trainer to watch you shadowbox - there is something that is not quite right.

The wrists look very strange and limp.

I have watched your video again.

To start I will just talk about the jab.

It looks like when you are throwing the jab they are just "arm punches" with no intention.

Not only are they arm punches but you aren't fully extending your arm straight.

It seems like you pull your arm back before the punch is finished.

It has to be a stiff jab like a spear.

When you are shadowboxing you need to visualise your opponent.

Do you think the 3 jabs you threw at 1:07 would be effective in a fight?

You need to be able to look down your arm from the shoulder and see it straight, snap it out before bringing it back.

Just first focus on throwing single stiff jabs, don't even worry about the speed for now.

Once you get the technique the speed will come.

By limp wrist I can see it in your video from 3 months ago.

When you make a fist your wrist and forearm need to be in line and straight.

You seen to have the wrist bent, why is that?

Ur wrist r hanging when u jab, keep it strong. If u ever hut someone like that u will break ur wrist. Throw those punches like u mean to.

                  Here is a video example

i think i got the arm punching thing, i guess in that video i wasn't moving with my momentum which i should've done, i will post another video to see if im doing it right. i think i got what everyone means by arm punching after watching some boxingfitfactory's videos.

the limp wrist part, i don't know maybe because my wrists are so thin and weak?

It's cus of his horrendous coaches he just to have.
Those guys never corrected him and gave him dumb instructions making him overthink everything and tense up.

It takes a while to get deprogrammed when you have spent a year with some coaches that do more to ruin your technique then to improve it.
Those guys didn't even teach him defense.
