I know that bodybuilders use pre workout supplements filled with creatine and argenine, and I know that marathoners and long distance bikers use carb supplements like cytomax pre and during a race.
I was curious if anybody took any pre workout supplements, what kind and why.
If I am doing long in ring training I take cytomax mixed with BCAAs to keep me going.
