    To sum things up, all you need is a heavy bag speed bag gloves and a chin up bar. The other stuff is optional and if budgetary constraints aren't an issue. I'm right now in the process of revamping my gym with an Olympic barbell, bumper plates, power cage, and some heavy dumbbells, but I still thrive on the most rudimentary forms of training and have always found success.             your gym is great phantasm. my one will be ready soon enoiugh and ill put some pictures up. just in the process of fitting a roof on the shed.

            mine wont be as high tech. it will be close to a gym mcguyver would have built haha

              By doing home gym you can save your time but just one thing you must keep in mind that before doing home gym you should do the home gym under the supervision of good trainer to safe you from injuries.
