To sum things up, all you need is a heavy bag speed bag gloves and a chin up bar. The other stuff is optional and if budgetary constraints aren't an issue. I'm right now in the process of revamping my gym with an Olympic barbell, bumper plates, power cage, and some heavy dumbbells, but I still thrive on the most rudimentary forms of training and have always found success.
