music is sorted too and its winter here so defo dont need a fan for cooling down purpose!! heater? just train harder!

have a few sets of resistance bands for punching with resistance too.

wouldnt mind getting my hands on a medicine ball

i'd say a medicine ball would finish up what u need...u dont need much more than the basics wich u already have...mayb a video camera so u can record what ur doin and play it back to find mistakes since it doesnt sound like u willhave a trainer there to help u w that....thats pretty much it

TS, pay a visit to Ross Enamait's rosstraining.com website. It has a ton of information as well as instructional step by step videos on how to construct your own equipment. If I was in your shoes the following equipment would be more than enough(I have this in my own house)

A heavy bag(the one you have is more than enough I presume)
              A speed ball
A chin up bar(The Iron Gyms are no more than 20 dollars but I have the ones that come with both a chin up bar and parallel bars but those are a bit more pricey)
An old tractor tire(you can get these virtually for free)
A sledgehammer(You can also get these cheap at Home Depot or Lowe's)

However with your equipment you're more than set but get at least a chin up bar
