  • Nutritional plan for new boxer - Help

Hi, I have just recently started boxing again, to get in shape and get the basics of boxing before I am moving to Israel to work - where I will also train Krav Maga.

Last year I rode across the US in a month (3200 miles approx.) and had a decent body and physical ability, but it has slowly been decreasing the last year as I was just exhausted after the ride and the race of training up to it. I want the 8% bodyfat and tight and tense body back :-)

I am looking for the best and -easiest to make- nutritional plan. I do not mind eating "boring" food. It has to be rather economical as well.

I figure maybe Oatmeal for breakfasts, with raisins.

    Banana

    Pastasalad with tuna for lunch

and then a pre-workout meal and post workout meal.

    snack before bedtime.

If someone already got such a plan, or can easily make it out, please do assist me!

Much appreciated! Thank you. Kind regards from Denmark.

You're asking for a meal plan but not putting your stats or anything?

      Are you 5ft & 120lbs?
      6ft8 and 300lbs?

Give us something to work with like.

I am 180 and around 80 kilos. I am in bad to moderate physical condition.

        5'11 and 175 lbs. I would estimate fat-percent at around 20ish. 20-25%.

I was approx 8-10 fat-percent August 2010. Been doing nothing but 3 months of weight training in that time span of August '10 - Nov '11.

I am 19 if that matters. I am not growing much more (if at all) as far as I know.
