      i dont get the previous posters' point of fruits and toxins...

      so, my eating apples and g****s arent benefiting me, but actually bad for my health?..they say eat lots of fruits(and vegetables) so i eat as many apples and g****s and berries as i can...and im pretty sure they're not organic..

      can yall explain

        Bananas are not the best for you at all, they are full of sugar for a start.

        A good rule is usually the darker the skin of the fruit, the better it is for you.

        Darker the skin, the higher it is in anti-oxidants

              Never limit yourself to one thing. Eating a variety of them will ensure you get all the nutrients your body needs and this is very important for boxing too.
