Hmm.. but the speed.. the speed must improve my friend. Try throwing punches as fast as you can for 5-10 minutes straight. The more you do this, the lighter the arms will feel everytime you throw. Keep working on speed and head movement too. But I like your style, kind of fighters I turn into star warriors.

When you're throwing your jab don't throw it up and down like that focus on a target. You tend to not squat a little when throwing that upper cut. You're throwing the uppercut as an arm punch. You need to squat your opposing leg and pivot as you throw it to add more power to it.
