But I can't do that small meal every couple hours shit. First of all, it takes too much attention to detail. I don't care enough to sit there and measure my food and time my meals all day. Secondly, I'm not even sure that works unless you eat really carefully anyway.
Results will vary from person to person of course but it would certainly be a more effective method for reducing chubbies as opposed to just eating very few large meals with hours and hours in between and having your body process that and then little conversion to glucose especially while your sleeping if you ate a huge meal before bed.

I'm just under 200 pounds right now. Down from 215 a couple of months ago, 230 odd from months before that 255 or thereabout from a year or so before that and an all-time high of 284 ages ago. Aiming to finally get to 187 by my birthday which is December 2.
You'll fail unless you take some of that hgh and what not. Especially if your weight has been consistent, what makes you think you can gain 20lbs and maintain it? You need something to tweak your system.
