    30 min endurance run

    MONDAY PM
    Skipping 4x3, Shadow Box 4x3, Speed Bag 3x3, DE Bag 2x3, Heavy Bag 3x3, Punch Outs (5 sets of 30secs), H.B Smash (3 sets of 1 min), Pad Work 3x3, Groundwork

    TUESDAY AM
    Calisthenics and Plyometrics/Abs

    TUESDAY PM
    Skipping 4x3, Shadow Box 4x3, Speed Bag 3x3, DE Bag 2x3, Heavy Bag 6x3, Sparring 4x3, Groundwork

    WEDNESDAY AM
    Strength:
    DB Snatches 3x5, Bench 3x6, Power Cleans 3x4, Lunges 3x6, Weighted Chin-ups 4x6, DB Swings 3x12

    WEDNESDAY PM
    3x6min intense intervals (1 min rest)
    Press-ups/Pull-ups/Squats/Abs

    THURSDAY AM

    do you do something fixed when u shadow box/DE bag/ Speed bag and heavy bag or you just keep doing..everything? like..do you have a plan? cuz just going wild on the heavy bag is useless, shadowbox should target something aswell, i can say that you dont need any plans on the DE bag since you just have to hit the ball when it is in the middle same goes for the speed bag,

      its good but add a bit more in the core department. Your body is going to be taking blows, and it's what channels energy through your punches. Do planks, knees to elbows, leg raises, med ball angle planks, medacine ball twists..etc..etc

            Only for first couple of weeks. Up it to 3 times a week, usually 6-8 rounds nearer the fight.

              It all sort of depends on the last fight/sparring session. Look at weaknesses and build, for example, if I was getting caught with my hands low, I'll shadow box throwing punches with my hands up or if I threw wide hook, I'ld look to shorten them up on the bag!
