Sorry but boxing is a sport of function, if you want to look big..go to body building or MMA/WWE where a great deal of it is simply for show (looking tough etc).
What the hell are you talking about ?? MMA fighters train just as hard if not harder than boxers.

Lmao...def not harder...they both train hard mma/boxers..just a different sport...its like I cant roll with the Jits guys for hardly 5min..however i can spar boxing for many more minutes..and the same goes for the jits guys..they can hardly spar boxing 5min..but could go all day on the ground doing jits...i coach at an mma place..boxing of course..its very different..prob is...all the guys wanting to do MMA only do jits...lol...however I've looked at the champs in UFC and well..the elite top guys..win mostly by KO...and on the subject of FREE from the threadstarter..unfortunatly most of all coaches work the sport for free...

In one thread about a guy wanting to know how to let his hands go more in sparring you replied with some routine to improve his shoulder/arm conditioning.

This had nothing to do with what the guy asked, you just copied and pasted some random conditioning routine to promote yourself.

                      It was in poor form.

Why bother taking advice from someone that doesn't understand or listen to what a poster is asking.
