I unclench my hand and re clench pretty frequently it helps with circulation and allows fresh O2 to hand muscle so you can clench with more power..Otherwise your hand goes dead numb. Might feel like your clenching tight with all your might but its a limp fish grip cause your hand muscles are 02 depleted..
