    Can some one explain me what are the advantages of using SUPERSETS - TRISETS - BIGSETS at the weight gym please, I need you to be as specif as possible, thanks

          I totally understand and I am agree with you that jogging or running or HIIT are much better, but if I am working with weight because I am in my weight session I would like to use super - tri or big sets to work the cardio with weights.

            They are all good, the more/harder you work the more fat you are gonna burn. No secrets here.

              Ok, so if I can adapt my Weight routine to do it with trisets & bigsets that should do it, right?
