Can some one explain me what are the advantages of using SUPERSETS - TRISETS - BIGSETS at the weight gym please, I need you to be as specif as possible, thanks
jogging or running or HIIT is better for weight loss than any of those
I totally understand and I am agree with you that jogging or running or HIIT are much better, but if I am working with weight because I am in my weight session I would like to use super - tri or big sets to work the cardio with weights.
