if you have flat feet you will probably also have knee problems later in life if you dont already? get glucosamine chrondroitin 1500 / 1000 down your neck once a day and your joints will be a lot better for it.
when i first read the thread title i thought you were going to say you were eating 5K calories a day and i wanted to come and look at your meal plan and admire how much dedication you were putting in to eat 5K of clean protein, carbs and fats lol
if you are looking to lose some weight, i would throw in some interval sprints, every 3 / 5 minutes sprint hard for 1 minute, then go back to jogging for 3 / 4 minutes until your heart rate is down and then sprint again for 1 minute or as long as you can go and then back to jogging again.... and repeat. the fat will melt off. but make sure you have 1 or 2 rest days, your muscles will need them.
eat some complex carbs before you run, like rolled oats blended with water or milk and hit the protein when you come back. if you want to lose fat, hold off on the protein shake or any food for 30 minutes after the run as your body is still chewing the fat off.
