Yeah man running everyday is not good for your joints , ive been training and fighting for a long time and my routine is 4 days on 1 day off , to much on your knees and ankles

i used to be able to before i was 24 thats when the flat feet finally caught up to me. i didnt get planter fastiutus or how ever u spell it but i was close. im still breaking in these good feet inserts. i dont feel pain or anything in my joints the next day.Comment

If he's just starting out running, yes he does. Muscles/joints won't be used to the strain and take time to get used to it. Especially if he's heavier and is running to try and lose weight. That's alot of weight coming down on knees and ankles that aren't used to taking that much.Comment
