I'll be doing the following in the morning..
5 Turkish get-ups each side
5 Suitcase deadlifts each arm
5 Lunges each arm
and do as many reps as possible for 20 mins.
Another one i like is
5 Russian swings Left arm
5 Right Arm
5 Both arms
5 Above head and pause
and again...as many reps as possible for 20 mins
Using a 12kg kettlebell at the minute but I can go all out without stopping now so I'm gonna step it up next week
Had some heavy sparring tonight and took a few heavy shots from a bigger kid so it's gonna be hard in the morning lol
