Yeh well he wont go full out on me as im nowhere near ready for that but hopefully if we do it regularly, which we plan on doing, he can step it up a little bit over time and get me to where i wanna be.
Right ... we asked Tommy to match 3 of our lads for your show. He must not have been able to find suitable opponents.

Dunno, it's not a large stable of fighters unfortunately. We had 4 fights scrapped last minute because of people not making weight. There were some good fights though last night, was an eye opener. Some of the lads i thought would do great didnt do so well result wise but everyone put the effort in.

      You from Leeds yourself then?

Sounds like a good club... to be fair there is so many clubs that are more like woman's boxercises.

I'd hate for any club to go down that route

Slowly making progress with my weight. I've been off for 4 weeks with cracked ribs after sparring with a friend. I'll definitely improve on my hand speed as it hurt like a *****.

Going to Kansas in 3 weeks and my friend has all sorts of food orientated trips planned for us, so need to put in the work now and try do as much running as i can over there. If anyone is in the Wichita region and wants to do any work with a newbie, gimme a shout.
