        there is some sort of chemical (cant remember its name) that speeds up the body's ability to process urine so you piss the weight off, apparently jockys use it. even though it occurs naturally in the body i wouldn't advise using it.

            Jogging, walking, skipping, or shadowboxing in a sauna suit or heavy clothing. Laxatives, limiting food/water intake, nothing pleasant.

              Don't use a sauna, it'll make your body feel like a noodle.

                I thaught the theory was you drank more water before hand?

                ~ long story short, no water intake = your body retains existing water, lots of water intake your body knows it has good supply and doesn't need to retain.

                anyone else herd this?

                avoid eating (especially salt).

                I once read on a body builder forum that they 'Tan' to loose excess water. But knowing those ****'s they probably just wanted to prance around with their shirts off...

                  the easiest way to cut weight: drink ****loads of water every day. the day or night that you need to cut, simply sweat out a bit (i skip 20 mins, shadowbox 3-4 rounds with a hoodie and sweatpants) then cut water intake. i also have a hot bath with green tea (keeps the fluids that are already in you moving thru). your body will be used to sweating out a lot of water, so youll sweat as much as usual, and then not replenish enough. u feel fine the next day and theres no bull****.

                    abolene, baby oil, plastic bag under a jacket and running or locking yourself up in a car (sauna like), chewing gum and spitting, ...
