looks good apart from eating at 9:30 at night. try not to eat before bed as your body cant process the food and most of it gets stored as fat.

        What are your aims?

If you are aiming to add muscle then a protein shake before bed is sometimes a good thing.

If you primary goal is overall fitness/stamina then in my experience a late night protein shake (or something nutritionally similar like chicken/tuna) is fine as long as you have the right workouts.

Your taking way too much protein with all the shakes and your food is too much. your going to end up with kidney stones!!
