      Ok, great stuff right there, but...I'd reccomend getting some natural peanut butter, that stuff you got there has nasty hydronated oils in them - and watch out with the whole wheat buns, they sometimes add processed sugar (which is really ******).

            RESPECT to any combination of peanut butter and bananas. when im feelin ****ed up cutting weight, ill eat that **** as a cheat snack in the AM and it gives me the craziest energy boost.
