                  So you get your muscles decomposed. Running in the morning is bad.
                  When you wake , you should drink water , then wait 20-40 mins , then intake proteins.
                  Only then you can do what you want.

                    That's nothing new homie, it's called an "Elvis Presley". He used to love that and it's a banana, hot dog bun, peanut butter and honey on top. It's delicious for those of you that have never tried it.

                    Gives you ton of energy and is actually not bad as far as saturated fat goes, it's got the good fat.

                    Eat it about 1 hour prior to working out, I do it all the time.
