That's nothing new homie, it's called an "Elvis Presley". He used to love that and it's a banana, hot dog bun, peanut butter and honey on top. It's delicious for those of you that have never tried it.
Gives you ton of energy and is actually not bad as far as saturated fat goes, it's got the good fat.
Eat it about 1 hour prior to working out, I do it all the time.Comment
