    That is the best way now that OxyPro Elite isn't available in Australia, that **** was the shiznit because it really suppressed my appetite and I was full of energy.

    On the real, fat burns don't mean **** if you don't put in the hardwork in the gym/road and discipline in diet.

      Eat healthier, don't deny yourself of any nutritional value, Eat less exercise more if you want to shed body weight, Eat more and proceed your exercise if you want to put on body weight....

        For burning fat it is important to eat less but natural food only. Running,jogging,cycling and yoga are best exercises for fat burning. Drinking more water is also beneficial because water burns extra calories.

                  Don't use Fat burners you don't need them as I soon learned. I was 19 stone and wanted to loose weight so I used Dexprine or whatever it's called. Only lost a stone with it, But do not Use anything that says Fat burner, I had some of the worst headaches and jitters from using that crap. As soon as I started boxing I got Down from 18 stone to 13 stone 12 lbs 9 (88kg) With out the use of any Supplements and Bad Diets.

                    I'll put a few common myths to bed right now. When you wake up your body has no carbs, and carbs are what's used to fuel your body in a HIGH intensity work out. Fat that are stored in your body over night will be used as the main source of energy is you do a LOW intensity work out for a short period, eg a lite jog for 20mins.

                    On diet I would also suggest natural foods, go organic if you can afford it. Stay away from wheat and dairy products. Eat lots of anti innflammitory foods, eat veges, eat clean slow digesting carbs for most part of the day, lean proteins, and cut out all carbs 6-8 hours before bed time. All up you would prob need to eat 4-5 times a day, everyday is different and you don't know how it's feeling, but just listen to it.

                      Oh and if you want an fat burner that works and is legal, try the ECA stack. I think you can legally make it in the US.
