you might want to try forcefactor its not marketed as a fat burner but it might help your in your workouts.

Burpees & diet.I went from 210 to 183,in 1 1/2 months & got stronger too.I do the pushup burpees.Best damn full body workout ever bro.At 210 I couldn't bench much more than 200.At 183 & countless reps of Burpees,I put up 230 & felt like I can max at least 250.

Work your ass off and drink lots of water, water is the natural fat burner in your system. All of these 'gimmick' weightloss programs are ****, you might lose the weight but it will have a price to pay with the weight loss....... Rockin'

this is only true if you have 0% body fat, otherwise the body will go to burning fat in your body for energy. I ran on an empty stomach every time out, just try to eat a good dinner the night before and your body will have what it needs to function properly for you. Actully, it wasn't 'empty' when I ran, I'd eat 2 pieces of bread before hand just to suck up some of the acids and such in my stomach........
