    All those who said "go to a gym" are right to be honest. (That's if you actually want to box properly)

    Reason being you'll pick up a ton of bad habits when trying to self teach. For one, shadowboxing is also about your footwork which we can't see in the video.

    Don't take it the wrong way though mate, if your serious about boxing get yourself a coach, if you're just doing this for cardio then I guess it's all good.

      Nah no offense taken. You're right.

      Yeah, I do it for the cardio. As far as the boxing gym goes, I would if there was one withing radius. However there are not boxing gyms close to where I live, it's a shame.

      There used to be one, but it got closed down within a year. I sparred some while it lasted.
