I have never had back problems before and im not sure where they came from
i can still do day to day routines but if i bend too far over i get a sharp quick pain.
its not from lifting because i havent done any dead lifts or squats lately.
i think i threw it out hitting the heavy bag or something
anyways i was wondering if any of you have a good remedy or maybe a way to diagnose what i did.
it feels like im leaning to the left all the time haha... that may sound crazy but it makes me feel like i have scoliosis or something
its annoying the piss out of me
