But hey, not like I or everyone hasn't done things a bit ass backwards from time to time. Just saying.

Good luck when you get there and with your training.

        No..

For breakfast you should load up on some complex carbs, regular oatmeal with NO SUGAR!..

Protein is mainly for muscle building, which is alright, but since your main focus should be cardio since you are over weight, I recommend you get lots of good carbs, like brown rice, whole grain pasta, whole grain wheat bread, and regular oatmeal

That'll replenish the energy needed to keep going in the gym

Protein is best after working out

All those supplements are good, but your workouts are more important. Supplements aren't all that useful for people who are out of shape, they're more designed to take your fitness to the next level.

When you take each supplement is contingent on your workout schedule. If you run in the morning, you want some protein and simple carbs pre-workout. Afterwards you want more simple carbs, more protein, and more complex carbs.

Basically steer clear of simple carbs except pre/post workout.

You can pretty much eat anything you want within reason directly before or after a workout, and upon waking. Your body needs whatever it can get.
