Were do you look?

But when you box or spar, were do you focus your eye's on the most? and why?.
For me I allways look in the other person's eye's and try to read the other person.

You wont see anything that means a thing in his eyes. Look square in the chest and at all times and you will see everything that you need to. You'll see his fists, his feet, his waist... everything............Rockin'

The chest, at his guard. Eyes won't tell you what punch is coming next but seeing the movement in the arms, legs and torso will.

But a close friend of mine. Who was a very good pro, allways swore at looking at the eyes. :/

Trust me when i say EYE'S, eyes give away everything, if you dont look in there eyes you get lost and end up not seeing punches comming. I duno anything about these guys tht r saying chest and other **** but im pretty sure they have never had a proper boxing fight before because u wount get very far looking at someones chest thts some bull **** advice right there. Trust me as a active amature boxer when i say look in there EYES.

I look at the eyes when im attacking and I look at the hands/gloves when i try to counter, but mostly looking into the eyes cuz they do give alot away. idk how you can punch to the head if you are looking at the chest.
