push yourself to the limit, ideally you will want to hit about two or three miles, or do uphill sprints
best thing to do is if ur just starting out on ur running is not to time yourself, get ur stamina up a bit, then when your feeling better with ur runs, try running 2 miles in around 15-20 mins, then work up towards around 12-14 mins if you can, that is an ideal time for a boxer about 6-7 mins a mile
but time is not important, just run to the max and increase your stamina, hills are good
sprints are essential, 400 sprints are ideal for boxers x 4, with min rest between each sprint. plus 1 km warm down jog. light weights + sprints are a neccessary.
